Arrival

We are happy to welcome you to our campsite!

Below you will find useful information for your arrival:

Check-in
12:00 to 21:00

Should you arrive outside the reception opening hours, i. e., between 12:00 and 17:00, you will find your name and the parcel number we have assigned to you along with a map of the campground.

Early check-in
Early check-in is possible from 10:00 by prior arrangement.

Parking
For more information on parking spaces, please contact us directly at the front desk.

Pet-friendly facility
There is a daily surcharge of FRS 6 for four-legged guests. In the campground you will find a shower to wash them and an area, outside the campground near the river, where you can let them play and walk off-leash.

Wi-Fi
You can surf the Internet for free by connecting to our Wi-Fi network.

Departure

It is already time to say goodbye. We hope you enjoyed your stay at our campground and that we will have the pleasure of hosting you again!

On the day of your departure, please note the following:

Check-out
Please leave the campsite by 12:00.

If you wish to leave before 7:00, we ask that you arrange this with us personally. We wish to guarantee our campers an undisturbed time.

Late check-out
In the low season we offer the possibility of check-out by 18:00 upon request and for an additional fee.

Glamping key delivery
Keys are to be handed in by 11:00 at the front desk.

Payment method
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Twint, Postcard and Reka.

Waste disposal
We care about the environment, so please use the recycling bins in the waste area located to the right before the reception desk.

Other important information

Beverages
You can purchase drinks at our snack bar near the reception desk. Also, since May, every Thursday and Friday evening, we offer carefully and passionately prepared aperitifs and cocktails accompanied by DJ's and live music.

Bike rental
We have comfortable city bikes available, designed for getting around the city, which you can rent free of charge. Request them from us personally.

Entertainment
During July and August we offer children's entertainment, circus, theater and musical performances.

Front desk
We are personally available to you at the front desk from 9:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.

Laundry
If you wish to use the washing machine, the charge is FRS 5, detergent and fabric softener are included in the price. We also have dryers available. The cost is FRS 2 per hour.

Meal times
Breakfast: from 8:00 to 11:00
Dinner: From 17:30 to 21:00

Parking
Depending on the type of accommodation booked, you can park your car inside the campground or in the outdoor parking lot.

Swimming pool
Our swimming pool is accessible from 9:00 to 21:00, from mid-May to mid-September.
